Overview
The ethos of Marian Action is as a movement which seeks to bring the love of Jesus and Mary to the marginalised in both practical and spiritual ways, and through our devotion to Our Lady of Fatima, we respond to her request for prayers and sacrifices for the conversion of sinners by offering up our ministry, and our spirituality, that our beneficiaries can be freed from the shackles of sin, and can return to the kingdom of God’s love.
The spirituality of the movement is geared towards this end, as in it our lively faith in Jesus and Mary is expressed, with trust that they will use it for the salvation both of our souls, and of those whom we minister to, remembering that it is the ultimate aim of Jesus and Mary for no souls to be lost, and that in fact there is great joy in Heaven through the return of souls who were lost.
Marian Action’s annual Thanksgiving Mass presents a wonderful opportunity to bring to Jesus in the Eucharist all the blessings of the previous year, and also to consecrate the following year to Our Lady of Fatima.
We live out our spirituality and commitment to Marian Action with our daily recitation of the Angelus and other Regular Prayers, a weekly meeting and acts of devotion to our patron saints, which you can find out more about by clicking through to these pages.
